Today is the 1st of May. Beltane Festival in the pagan calendar & moving day for me!

Anyone who has read this blog recently will know that I’m moving into a proper, grown up studio space and that I’m excited about that. But no-one has seen it yet. This morning I picked up the keys and my amazing husband helped me move about 1/2 my stuff in. Bur before it became chaos central, I took photos of the empty shell.

Check out the carpet tiles. They’re stuck to the floor so will be staying.

I really love the tiles at the front end of the studio. I can see samples being inspired by them.

It doesn’t look like that any more and I’m excited by the changes I’ve already made. I’ll probably need a few more days to get it straight and then I’ll show you the finished space! It’s going to be great to work in a proper dedicated space that is all mine.

In the meantime, I need a nap. We’re out tonight celebrating with friends.
